The final case analysis is due on Thursday, May 17 at 3:00. Please read the instructions before completing the paper. You may submit your paper in class (JH 1232) or my at office (slide it under the door if I am not in). You must also submit your paper through turnitin. The class ID is 5115567 and the password is Bruton (case sensitive).
The last test for the 9:30 class is Tuesday 5/15 at 8:00AM; for the 2:00 class it is Thursday 5/17 at 3:00PM. It will cover Ch4, Ch11, part of Ch9 (p317-330), and the Southwest, McDonald's, and Dippin'Dots cases. It will have the same format as the previous tests and you can have a one page "cheat sheet." I have posted sample questions from Ch4 and Ch11.
